News coming out of both school that their AD's are parting ways with their schools to move on to other endeavors.

I might be wrong, but I think DA is essentially saying that GCU is (fans are) now seeing the same level of turnover that typical mid-majors like NMSU experience almost every year. GCU has been pretty stable with their Athletic staff for sometime now.

I am more afraid for Chicago St. Their UND alum AD seemed to have made some good hires and be leading the school on the long road back to respectability.

I believe 5 years is the average term for D1 Ad's. They either resign or are fired.

With Chicago St I think it is more of the school president making better hires such as having staff who has dealt with D1 experience.
