Fox again has OU-UT and Ohio St-Michigan.

ABC presumably used its first "draft choice" from each of these conferences on LSU-UT and Notre Dame-Michigan.

I think it's interesting that Notre Dame/Michigan is so late. I wonder if the Big Ten is encouraging their conference teams to have top OOC game in October/November to help Fox out some.

Probably more about ND having to schedule OOC (so to speak ) throughout the year, and ND being a big enough name that Michigan would move their schedule around to make it happen.

As per their contract with the B1G, Fox always has the first pick. Since ESPN has first pick rights for the Big 12 this year, I'm actually shocked they passed over OU-UT for LSU-Texas because $ۍ, $ۍ, $ۍ.

I love this information, it is a reminder that even though it is still May, the worm is inexorably turning, that we are now clearly closer to the start of the coming season than we are to the end of last season.

OU-UT is only played during the day, not at night, so ABC/ESPN must be guessing that a non-con game as big as LSU-UT in prime time will get a bigger rating than a noon ET OU-UT game.
