Those wondering what "emergency backup" is, her original upload of the film was taken down by Youtube. Youtube is claiming it failed to process, but that is unlikely, given that it had already compiled nearly 100k views. If it didn't process, it would have never gone up.
The original upload wasn't showing up in her uploads (shadow banned), notifications didn't go out, and they wouldn't allow for it to premiere (basically a live stream, where she could have monetized it via super chats).
It's thought that Youtube does this type of soft censorship to prevent things it doesn't like ideologically from going viral. The key to gaining traction in their algorithm is in the first few hours. The more traction it gets immediately (which it would have gotten a ton, since this was much anticipated), the more Youtube's algorithm knows to push it, and the more likely it is to go viral. They essentially handicapped her, and they can claim it was just a bunch of glitches, and claims of "censorship" is just a baseless conspiracy theory.
Tim Pool explains it well. Being a youtuber himself, he knows how this crap works. Pay particular attention to the point where he pulls up his analytics.

The comments from the Irish woman toward the end were spot on. This should be a cautionary tale for those of us who favor open borders but sadly it isn't.
Edit : One can't help but empathize with the plight of most of these people regardless of how they found themselves to be in such circumstances. But, I'm sorry, my empathy doesn't extend to throwing open the doors and inviting the world in nor does it extend to looking the other way at the illegal immigration crisis in which we currently find ourselves.
