Why does Coach K (and now Briggs) talk about swagger so much. Does that help?
From the outside looking in ... no team in the MAC whistles through the graveyard like Toledo. ... Don't understand why because most seasons the Rockets have more than enough to win/contend for MAC titles. Yet somehow always just come up short.
Any smidgen of adversity and Toledo folds.
Yes, the Rockets (and probably Bowling Green) should be favorites next season. But of I had to bet I'd take a less talented BG over the Rockets, and the field over both of them.
My opinion.
BG hasn’t even needed signs of adversity to fold annually since 1968. Until they figure a way to beat Toledo they can’t really be favorites. I think they should be, except I don’t know if they have any talented bigs at all. My guess is some other team takes the MAC again but that’s the easiest bet ever given the repeated failures of NW Ohio’s teams.
Yeah, not feeling it for BG, don't they graduate their best players?

Nope. Almost everyone is back except Wiggins. Their frosh big from two years ago, who was promising, left (Ashland?) meaning they don’t have any proven guys over about 6’6”.
