Agree 100%. Maybe "Va Eagle" can post/verify where he came across this information. Sadly, that may be the case for UNC/Michigan/Gonzaga but I don't see many if any scenarios where we get a full $2M for being in it

With all these games so far (minus William Carey) against D1 teams it appears Ladner is not saving room for Blue Mountain, Mississippi College, Oak Grove HS or Jones Junior College. Granted there's still 6-8 OOC games to be announced so there's still time and room I guess

The Battle 4 Atlantis is an annual preseason college basketball tournament, played the week of Thanksgiving on Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas. Each team that participates in the Battle 4 Atlantis is awarded $2 million, the most offered by any NCAA tournament. The tournament is televised on ESPN, ESPN 2 and ESPNU.

From previous posts here's what we have so far. Some of the CUSA games could be a day earlier or later if TV is involved. On each of the 3 weekends only 1 school had confirmed so I just filled in the other game that weekend with the travel partner.

Rice and UNT games now added with UNT women releasing their schedule. All that is left CUSA wise is the La Tech home/away games which appear will be somewhere around Jan 2 and Jan 4th as there are no openings once CUSA play starts that I can tell

USM will host Tulane on December 4th and travel to South Alabama on Nov 9. Still not final schedule but another 2 games closer. My "guess" is a game between the Nov 9 and Nov 19th games along with one between Christmas and Dec 31. With CUSA play in all likelihood opening up on Jan 2 and 4th, I feel like those 2 dates will be the La tech travel partner games.

There are plenty of years to hate on our OOC schedule. This isn’t one. Great job by staff putting it together. I’d like to get rid of the NAIA games except for an early scrimmage against Carey, but this is a good first step.

Last year's schedule was released on 8/23 and here we are this year on 8/23 so the schedule should be released any day now. With football getting started next week with game week, today would seem like a good day to release it. Even on twitter last week the basketball account mentioned the MVC opponent along with schedule being released soon. We will see

Our women's schedule was released today and they host La tech on Saturday Jan 4 so I feel like out men will play at La tech on this date. Not sure if we will host La Tech two days before on Jan 2 or if it will be played on a Monday during CUSA season like some of the other CUSA travel partner teams have scheduled.
