Seems like the team went through a lull for about a month (especially Levi Bradley) but have found some extra motivation here near the end of the season. I'm thinking Bradley finally realized his career was ending and decided he wasn't quite ready. He's kind of the leader of the team and if he's lackadaisical, then the team is as well. Hopefully, he's fired up and the team follows his lead.

It really has been 3 in a row now. Unlike the earlier 3 game win streak, NIU is actually playing some defense. Couple that, with being a veteran team, it's at least not crazy crazy to dream of NIU playing on Saturday. I do think it would be crazy to think NIU can compete with Buffalo on neutral floor though. I only have NiU with about an 18 percent chance to beat Toledo, but you pull that upset, look out

My bad, I forgot about the Ball State and CMU games. They have actually won 4 out of their last 5.
