We will know right off the bat what type of year Huskies will have and if .500 in conference is possible. Huskies MUST split their first two road games to be in hunt for a home campus site seed. I'll say NIU upsets the Bobcats but drops the game in Oxford.

well, I couldn't have imagined a worst start to MAC play....

So many unforced dumb errors...in the first 10 min...we had a double dribble, a un-pressured step out of bounds, gave up an offensive board on a mid court shot at the shot clock buzzer, about 6 terrible passes...

well after a horrendous start, NIU recovered and then fell apart again in the last 2 min. Monty- may want to figure out a new pregame routine, because they start slow a lot, especially on offense.

NIU had been a top 10 in the nation shooting team and now they cant shoot. If they lose these two opening road games the season is over!

The announcers said NIU basketball hasn’t had a winning MAC season since 2006? How is that possible? How many years has the current coach been here?

If Huskies cannot come back hopefully the beginning of the end for Monty as coach
