Per Ed Miller "Defensive tackle Miles Fox, who missed last week’s game with a turf toe injury, will have season-ending surgery and apply for a medical redshirt."

This is good for next year because we are going to need a lot of help since we are losing so much.

Hopefully this shouldn't be an issue. He has been playing since he was a true freshman so that would just be his 5th year.

Did he even play 4 games this year?

His absence has been a big issue this year and his return next year would be a tremendous boost to a young DL.

I want to say he went out of the FIU game with what I thought was an ankle injury, but that must have been when the turf toe happened. So 2 games? I can't remember seeing him play since.
