Cuse QB: Fighting Cancer Scores TD in Spring Game
Rex Culpepper...likely 2nd or 3rd String QB was diagnosed with Cancer in March and is undergoing Chemo. Dino Babers didn't want to play him...but put him in the last series. Rex went 4 for 4 in passing and threw a TD pass.

Saw this on twitter but I love these kinds of stories for the spring game. Wish him success in the 2nd round of Chemo and a healthy return to not only football, but life as well.

As an aside Rex's Dad was an all American FB player at Florida. His parents have both been on Survivor TV show (Brad and Monica)

Yes, such a great inspiring story. I too love it when I read stories like this across the nation.

I had no idea this was Brad & Monica Culpepper’s kid. Those 2 were amazing trainwrecks and the most unintentionally funny Survivor characters ever. Both finished runner-up in different seasons.
