No argument here. WSU staying at 11 is a huge measure of respect for the conference.

I agree. They are going to make some noise in the tournament. There may not be 10 teams better than WSU night in and night out. Plus, it would have been a shame to see them get penalized after yesterday. Great game and both teams brought it. Go Cats

I could see any of the top 12 teams in the AP poll winning it all. It's going to be a wide-open tournament.

RE: 3/5/18 Rankings
The pollsters were pretty good this week, but there were some oddities. For example, the two voters that had UC ranked the highest - 3rd and 4th, respectively - gave Wichita State two of their lowest votes, at 15 and 16. That just doesn't add up. Regardless, the AAC has some teams that are primed to do some damage.

Nice to be in a conference where a loss doesn't hurt you isn't it?

Thank god UC above kansas. 2 home losses to the ****** pac12 doesn’t deserve to be anywhere near a 1 seed.

It’s funny. I feel like a loss actually helped increase the perception of us. It’s been a running joke on ShockerNet for years that good losses help you more than good wins but it’s actually been proven to be true multiple times for our program.

That crowd yesterday also certainly helps the perception. It was quite an electric atmosphere.

KU is still in line for a 1 seed. Losses don't matter on seeding for some.

RE: 3/5/18 Rankings
I don't understand why Gonzaga is ranked #6, ahead of Cincy, considering they really didn't beat anyone other than an unranked OSU, a now unranked Creighton and a #11 SMC (an undeserved ranking, seeing as the 'Zags are their only ranked win); I also don't get why Houston dropped in Lunardi's latest Bracketology.

UC has a great team. Hope you guys get to at least the Final 4. Still got love for my former Big East conference mates.
