Friend of mine got some take home tests from his company.. Took one. Tested positive. His wife tested positive. The dog and cat tested positive. The water out of the kitchen faucet tested positive.

He went to the doctor did a rapid test and a regular test. Both were negative.

I am guess I am turning into a gym nazi. I few things I have noticed recently have set me off:

1) Walked into the gym the other day and there was a pile of clothes on the floor near the front desk. I said to the receptionist someone must have dropped their clothing. She said no, it belonged to a guy that was working out (I know who he is) and he has been leaving it there lately. I guess he never heard of a locker.

2) I get that everyone has different fitness levels, but we have a guy who comes in the same time I do and just sits on one of the benches were one would normally perform the bench press. I am not talking about resting for a minute, he just sits there for 20 minutes at a time and stares at people. Hey a-hole, there are chairs in here if you want to pop a squat. There are only 4-5 racks to work on.

3) Lately some of the gym bros who come in the morning also are mixing their protein/whey powder in the locker room (one of them is also the guy I mentioned in the first comment). Fine, but don't leave your powder all over the floor and on the counter. Did you get any in your glass?

4) As always, when you are done lifting put your weights back on the rack.

I live in a University town and one neighbor is a retired professor who had a Biden sign in his yard during the last campaign. His conversations went from Trump hating speech to anything but politics to complaints about inflation.

Frankly his flippancy is pissing me off. Elections have consequences and the last one was perhaps the most important of my lifetime. All this dumb bastard did was virtue signal for his social circle.

I think it should be law that if you vote for a candidate and anyone hears you complain about him later you should be forced to put up a post election sign which says, in large letters "I'm One of the Jackasses Who Voted for Biden!" And it should come with the requisite bumper sticker as well.

A 17-year old kid trying to protect a family business during riots that gets attacked multiple times and ends up shooting three attackers, killing two, and is labeled a white supremacist even though the three people shot were all white.

And a career criminal with multiple felony and misdemeanor convictions and charges that posts on social media about knocking out white people, even the old ones, released on $1000 bail for using his car to run over a woman a week ago and ups the ante yesterday by killing 5 elderly people and putting 40+ more in the hospital, yet this man who happens to be black has no racial motive assigned to his actions whatsoever.

This is Orwellian.
