Does anyone know if they are going to place anything in the corners on either side of the NEZ? I think one of the renderings had an open patio area pictured with tents.

The corner behind the video board is supposed to be a student tailgate area I believe.

The press box platform is being dismantled.

I hope they label the back of the top of the stadium bleachers that faces Hampton Blvd with "Old Dominion Monarchs" ! Another chance for branding. Currently it is just a blue corrugated backing to the top of the stadium.

Did everyone catch the new logo for the stadium in the email they sent out last night?

Oh crap I completely glossed over that. I like it! It looks like they're really going to be pushing the east side entrance as an icon for the stadium. This is exactly why you want to keep the architectural cues from the old clamshells. They make for very recognizable features that have a ton of character.

It was a promotion for season tickets. Included in the email was two new season ticket holder perks, a one time 10% discount at concession stands and a 25% discount on purchases of $100 or more of merch at the bookstore.

I believe that is the west side. Press box is on the west side.

The logo between the two "tickets" appears to be a stylized east side.

Its ok but not a huge fan of the soccer style logo
