That looked really nice and would've cost us somewhere ~180 MM. I like the current one too as long as they close the horseshoe and make sure we don't lose any capacity and personally i would look into covering up all that exposed metal to outside which makes it aesthetically less appealing but that's me and we can definitely live with that esp given the fiscally responsible approach.
