The link provided takes me to my YNot account, but I wasn't able to figure out how to get to the seat selection application that was supposed to go live today.

Ok, so it isn’t just me. 04-rock

From what I was told it was all on the admin and their image concern. The Aramark/ODAF concerns were message board conjecture. ABC and city stuff would not be terribly difficult to work out.

I've brought up the ODU/Aramark deal a few times on here. That was relayed to me in multiple meetings with Chris Schaefer (ODAF). So maybe it was his conjecture that he was stating as fact, but it was fact in the since that I was told by an ODAF rep.

I'm sure it's also their concern to keep it as a donor benefit to drive donations.

I noticed Ballard is using the same video system for JMU's Convo center, but on their's I can get a full screen view. Just curious.

My company uses the same program for all its project webcams and we can go full-screen. It drives me nuts that I can't figure out a way to see our renovation at fullscreen (first world problems)

I'm reasonably sure that ODAF would like to keep access to beer as a donor perk. The person I was speaking with said ODAF not standing in the way full stadium beer sales. Of course, this person was not an ODAF official so...

Waaaaiiit a minute....you have your video board in an end zone corner!?!?? I have it on good authority that no self respecting college football stadium would do that!

J/K...that is a really good looking football stadium. Congrats.

We should've put that brand new, big-ass video board over top of the gameday building.

Then we could put the next video board over the new NEZ.

Then we'd be legit.

I heard from a member of the ODU staff the elevator is for press and staff and not general public. He also thouht if you have a handicap they will work with you.

This is what the new turf will look like. The practice fields were upgraded to look just like what SB Ballard stadium will have.

While I liked the more classic look of the old endzones, the new ones will pop much better on TV.

Is the idea to eventually put another video board in the opposite corner?

The one in the corner will eventually be moved a top the endzone seats when that section gets renovated. I think the endgame is to have a scoreboard behind both endzones.
