I agree.
Only Troy determines if we share a title this year or not.
Good luck boys.
Well If you play like you did last night. I'm not as worried about you lol

We beat them, by more than you did...just for the record.
We won't beat Troy if we play like we did last night though. I still think our defense is good enough to keep us in the game though.

Probably not at all because no one else is any good either.
This....
Thank goodness for Troy this year. After watching some of that crap fest last night it is obvious its 1.Troy ............................. 2.App and everyone else in a bucket of shiz.
I say this with knowing GS sucks and GSU will be the favorite in our game this year.
What in the holy hell is going on at GSU and what will it take for you guys to fire this clown? I also get low attendance for poor results but honestly that is just embarrassing. The TED is not going to fix that your leaders need some heat put on them. I could only imagine what GS and many other Belt teams would be like with that alumni base size, local pop size and 90% of our undergrad alumni probably within a 45 min drive to the stadium. This is not to make fun of I am actually irritated as guy that wants all teams in the Belt grow.
The worst thing that happened to GSU last year is they beat GS.

Replace pic of empty red seats with pic of empty blue seats.
Someone better get that you're an Atlanta team and one with a bad bad perception. They are going to have move on from this clown and make a move that says you're taking this seriously otherwise this city will yawn. Beginning to question whether Cobb gets Atlanta or this school. The Falcons and Hawks marketing and management have proven that they get it and can get at least some fans to buy in even during a downturn. Osmosis is not a plan.

And the bad thing is, Troy isn't this world beating team. They could very realistically lose 2-3 games on their remaining schedule.

It was very similar to the rest of our games. We almost had the same amount of yards against them as Troy did, but scored 0 offensive points until the very end.
We have a pretty identifiable problem. Whether or not Buster fixes it, well that remains to be seen.

But the Turner Field deal was a steal.
I just hope when we come back in two years it doesn't look like we are playing in an empty baseball stadium....and I hope it doesn't rain.

Definitely a steal. So now you have it. Now what? Nobody is showing up now at the Dome because you suck. Why would they show up outside? Better give them a reason. Welcome to Atlanta.

I think Panama is turning from Cesar Romerol's Joker to Heath Ledge's Joker... any LOL's should be met with extreme caution at this point.

That was the ugliest football game I've watched all year, luckily only the second Ark St. game I've watched (GS being the other). I'm not sure how you guys haven't lost a couple years off your lives this year watching your team.
But thanks for covering!
Especially when you do not have to play that talent.
Obviously there are other factors other than talent involved in any game, and I confess figuring that out is above my head and I defer to those that know more than I do, but having more talent is normally a good thing.
There is a growing consensus that only reason A-State is beating anyone under Blake Anderson is they have more talent than most of the teams they have played, which is every SBC team.
They have not pulled many surprises under Anderson, and I get the impression that most people associated with their program now realize he is a work in progress, and I think they are trying to help him overcome some shortcomings.
Completely missing the point. You act like Ark St. was more talented at every position, which wasn't true by any means outside of the QB position. I actually watch games.

GaSt needs to hire some Atlanta United marketers. They look to have about 30,000 season tickets sold by the start of the 2017 season for SOCCER. To explain how big a deal that is, MLS barely averages 20K in total attendance as a league.

GSU's biggest problem is they are in Atlanta. Its a terrible sports town....Why do you think the Braves moved outside the city?
if GSU was in Kennesaw they would get many more butts in the seats.

No. You gifted one ST turnover that led to an offensive TD. Blocking FGs and returning punts are things that teams actually work hard on in practice and scheme for in games. Virginia Tech won a lot of games due to their special teams preparation.
Sailing one over the punter's head, yeah, that is a gift.

Yes and they also pretty much gifted you that final TD at the end of the game when going for it on 4th and 7 at the 10 yard line we all knew the outcome of that.. so thats 2 gifted scores if you don't count the special teams score.
