I believe Kenny Gattison is still with Pelicans org.

He's been long gone from there. He is know working as an Executive with the NBA Retired Players Association.

Apparently, the Pelicans are interested in Kent as well.

Yeah, he's a big time multi-millionaire now! I'm very happy for his success and seriously hope that he has taken a huge chunk of his earnings to set himself up to be able to live very comfortably for the rest of his life.

Yeah, I hope he's investing his money wisely.

Baze with 14pts, 6 reb, 0 ast, 2 stl, 1 block in 30 minutes against the Knicks last night in his season opener.

Not a stellar stat line for the highest paid player on the team, but I expect career highs from Baze this year. Hope he stays healthy and fortifies his role on the team. Even though the team lost, he had an even +/-. It's a young Hawks team with Vince Carter raising the average age of the team by about 5 years Im wondering how much Vince Carter is influencing Baze and helping him to grow his game.

Hawks are in full tank mode this year, I wouldn't be expecting much. Hope he just continues to stay positive and focus on his game.
