He is playing but they are not throwing him the ball. Plays mostly in the red zone and blocking pretty well.

I wonder how Cox could transition where Ross failed? I think Ross is a little taller and faster. Looks like Cox is a bit stronger. Obviously, Cox may have had the hands to translate or something as well.
