I'm not sure if anyone on this board has listened to Coach Hadsell's show but I listened to both segments last night. He has one from 4-6pm that he has guests from all over the country, then a call-in show from 10-midnight. Both shows are very good.

One guest on early show was the track coach at GVSU. He had a lot of great things to say about Tim Selgo.

Another interesting comment Coach K made was that he signed one of the top-10 seniors in the nation which is amazing.

I think you guys should listen to his show. Its very funny and he's very talented as a broadcaster or talk show host. I would love to see him do some color with Mark Beier for football or basketball or even BCSN.

Actually I was serious- at first I thought he meant Hadsell but the I thought Coach H made more sense for him. I get confused easily these days. utx- don't do that to me. I almost wet myself with excitement.

Thrilled that track got a top ten athlete by the way. Is there going to be a signing announcement soon? Soccer already had theirs as did tennis, I think. Looking forward to this class.

According to the team Facebook page, they signed Lindsey Burdette who finished 14th at the High School National Cross Country Championships and is the 5th ranked senior in the nation. She is from Hanover-Horton High School in Michigan. HUGE Signee! I am not sure any sport has ever landed a top-5 recruit in the nation?

Maybe Wojo. Maybe Aaron Hopkins but he was even before my time so I'm speculating based on his later performances. If ever its limited to one or two I'm pretty sure. Its sort of unfortunate for the rest of the MAC who was probably looking forward to seeing the last of Emma and Ari.

Coach Hadsell's Facebook just announced another signee. She is from Croatia and is a 2:08 800m runner out of high school. She would be a top-15 recruit from the USA.

Great news. Middle distance hasn't been a real strength relative to what we've achieved in the longer races. This may be his bet class ever.

Coach Hadsell announced the third signee in three days. Matea Parlov. She is a 4:36 (1500), 9:56 (3000) and 10:44 (steeplechase). Those times from high school put her in the top-10 of the MAC already. These three distance signees may be one of the top classes in the nation.

the word is out about the gem that is Toledo Cross Country.

Todays announcement is Lexis Williams (Notre Dame) the top short sprinter in local area. Class keeps getting better!
