Its been happening for weeks. Democratic leaders who refused to support him. Then dems openly supporting Mike Rogers. Then Al Sayed opponent in the primary, her finance, openly supports Mike Rogers. Then a PAC for Al Sayed says the reason egg prices are high is because Jews are killing Palestinians. (Egg prices in Michigan are higher because all eggs must be cage free/organic thanks to Comrade Stomach Crater) AL Sayeds opponent who was supporting him tells him to condemn the ad. He refuses. And now its coming to a full on blowup.

She’s voting for Rogers too.

She’s just being subservient to the democrat machine so that a couple of years from now she doesn’t commit suicide.

As far back as 2004/2008, I actually paid attention to those things because they really did seem to reflect the “overall” state of the campaign. But at this point, it’s just more media-noise along with all the paid-for “polls” and attack ads. I doubt if even 1% of the voters are truly swayed by any of it.

None of this matters.

The Muslim will win on Tuesday, and Tom will be here to gloat and spike the football.

I would be surprised, too. Polling in the primary showed him up by double digits on Stevens, yet he actually squeaked by with the slimmest of margins.

Right now, polls seem to be saying something like 49-42 El Sayed. I doubt it.

The freaking DSA folks aren't winning any friends lately. They are even hostile to typical Democrats, and if somehow they actually ever gained power, I'm afraid that would be a disaster of epic proportions.

I don't care for either the Democratic Party or Republican Party. Culturally, I lean left. But if (hypothetically) I had to vote for either Al Sayed or Rogers ... I'm voting for Rogers.
