Yes I’ll say it: who’s the NAZIS here? Anyone remember that history lesson? Krystallnacht?

Conservative Group Demands Restitution After SPLC-Inspired Terror Attack Indictment

Quote:The Gateway Pundit reported on Judiciary Committee hearings exposing how the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) worked in coordination with the Biden Administration to manufacture right-wing extremism.

The Committee revealed that “between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC allegedly funneled more than $3 million in donor funds to individuals associated with violent extremist groups like the Ku Klux Klan, the United Klans of America, and the National Socialist Party of America (American Nazi Party), among others.”

Further, their ‘Hate Map’ had real-world consequences.

In 2012, an LGBT volunteer carrying a bag of Chick-fil-A ‘goodies’ shot up the conservative non-profit Family Research Center (FRC).

The shooter, Floyd Lee Corkins II, allegedly said he found the Family Research Council on the SPLC’s list of ‘anti-gay groups.’

Tony Perkins, president of FRC, noted his organization was labeled a “hate group” in 2010 by the SPLC for claims it was an anti-LGBT organization.

Perkins recently told Fox News Digital that, while he does not want the federal government to shut down the SPLC, he hopes “they’ll be forced to pay restitution” for the harm he says they’ve caused.

Per Fox News:

FRC has had to pay $8 million out of pocket just for heightened security since the day of the shooting.

“So yes, they’re sitting on $750 million. Part of what I hope the government, the federal government, the courts get to is making them pay restitution to their victims.”

Despite Corkins saying that he was inspired by SPLC, a statement on their website following the incident was positively acrobatic in its efforts to twist the event away from their own culpability.

Their remarks note, “In an era when non-Islamic terrorism in America comes predominantly from the extreme right, it was a remarkable and unusual event: A man who was apparently sympathetic to LGBT people walked into the lobby of the anti-gay Family Research Council (FRC) in Washington, D.C., and shot a staff member who was standing guard.”

Watch Perkins describe the terrifying moments when a hate-inspired Corkins attempted a mass shooting event here.

It Just Gets Worse for the SPLC — Top Official Accused of Funneling Big Bucks to Neo-Nazi Paramour

Quote:If you thought things couldn’t get worse for the Southern Poverty Law Center, you were mistaken. The civil rights group, which conservatives have for years been alleging acts as a leftist censorship group, has been charged by the Department of Justice with 11 charges accusing them of funneling millions of dollars to the very hate groups it claims to be fighting. Their defense: the money was for secret undercover operations. Sure, Jan.

Now one of their top bosses is getting hit with further charges that she funneled over a million dollars to her white supremacist paramour:

A top Southern Poverty Law Center official is accused of helping funnel $1.2 million in donor money to an informant in the National Alliance white supremacist group — who was also allegedly her lover.

The Department of Justice filed a superseding indictment against the SPLC accusing it of funneling donor cash to hate groups they were then telling donors they were fighting.

One figure, referred to as “Employee-2” in the indictment, is described as a “person who would become Director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project.”

It also describes how “Employee-2” wrote an article based on material stolen from National Alliance headquarters in 2014 and then paid off an informant to take the blame for the robbery.

She looks like a real peach:

She’s described as a fascism expert, which seems apropos, considering she allegedly acted like a mini-dictator:

Based on the details in the June 2 superseding indictment, “Employee-2” is believed to be Heidi Beirich, a 58-year-old fascism expert who was the director of intelligence at the Alabama-based anti-extremism nonprofit between 2012 and 2019.

The indictment alleges Beirich was very close to the informant known only as “F-9” who “infiltrated the neo-Nazi organization National Alliance.”

“[Beirich] was also in a romantic relationship with F-9. During this relationship, [Beirich] and F-9 shared a house and two bank accounts,” the indictment alleges.

“Between 2015 and 2021, approximately $140,000 in donors’ money flowed from the SPLC operating account … and was ultimately deposited into the joint bank accounts held by F-9 and [Beirich].

The indictment also claims that an SPLC source broke into the neo-Nazi group National Alliance’s headquarters in West Virginia in 2014 and “stole approximately 25 boxes of documents,” the contents of which were used in an article, “Chaos at the Compound,” that Beirich wrote in 2015. Seventy-eight-year-old National Alliance chairman William White Williams, speaking from his Tennessee home, had some choice words for the terrorist fighter supporter: “I knew it was that fat, ugly hog Heidi Beirich.”

He had more:

I think some of those cluckers wanted to get out of the movement and they went to the SPLC for help. But instead of helping them, [the SPLC] said, “Why don’t you stay in and get paid?”

Many have suspected the SPLC of drumming up controversy to get groups and individuals canceled for the crime of being conservative. Little did we know that they weren’t just spewing propaganda; they were (allegedly) actively propping up and funding fringe hate groups.

It looks like the long grift is finally over.

Federal Judge Rejects SPLC's Vindictive Prosecution Claim in Blistering Order

Quote:Once you get out of Washington, D.C. and a few other areas, federal judges have much less patience for the legal shenanigans that President Trump's opponents regularly pull. That's one reason why having the prosecution of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) for wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering venued in Alabama, not in D.C. or in the Southern District of New York, is such a huge plus.

The judge assigned to that case, United States District Judge Emily C. Marks, ruled Friday against SPLC's motion to dismiss the indictment, in which it argued that "it is being vindictively prosecuted at the behest of various political actors—including the President of the United States—for engaging in speech protected under the First Amendment." The group also sought discovery, including production of internal DOJ communications and an evidentiary hearing; that was also denied.

Marks ruled that SPLC "failed to offer some evidence tending to show animus on the part of the prosecutors involved in bringing this case and that such animus resulted in the prosecution," the standard to allow discovery, and that by failing to meet that standard it necessarily failed to meet the higher standard required to dismiss the indictment.

SPLC's theory of vindictive prosecution as laid out in its filings was just that, Marks said, a "rough outline of a theory" for which the group "expected the Court to fill in the blanks," which is not the Court's job. SPLC's theory, as best it can be understood, sought to link...

Pre-indictment statements by people like President Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon and others,

The re-opening of a 2019 investigation that was closed under the Biden administration,

An October 2025 FBI report criticizing SPLC's Hate Map, and

a "Post-indictment media blitz" by Trump, Blanche, and Dhillon,

... as evidence of prosecutorial vindictiveness by the U.S. Attorney's office in the Middle District of Alabama. Marks observed, "The SPLC’s submissions stack speculation upon conjecture, relying upon hypothetical links in assumed chains to show prosecutorial vindictiveness."

She was pointed in criticizing the lack of intellectual heft SPLC brought to its motion, saying at the beginning of the 36-page memorandum and order:

"The parties’ briefing is, like much of our modern political discourse, heavy on heated rhetoric, better suited for cable news, or a podcast. It emphasizes noise over substance."

She elaborated a bit in her conclusion:

"This case typifies modern American discourse. It is unsurprising that the parties’ arguments primarily comprise what has become all too common: ad hominem attacks in the form of press releases, interviews, and social media posts. Opponents of past, current, and future administrations may full-throatedly protest the decisions made by those in power. But our Republic recognizes different venues to vindicate different wrongs; federal courts are not the proper forum for airing political grievances. For that reason, the doctrine of vindictive prosecution places a heavy burden on the accused, and decades of precedent counsels against its application here."

At this time, trial in this matter is set for October.

BREAKING: Former SPLC Intel Project Director Heidi Beirich arrested on fraud charges

Quote:Heidi Beirich, a former chief financial officer at the embattled Southern Poverty Law Center, has been arrested on fraud charges for her alleged role in overseeing the organization’s payments to white supremacist group informants. One of those informants the SPLC paid out was allegedly her romantic partner.

Attorney General Todd Blanche said on Wednesday, “I believe she was part of the effort to open bank accounts in completely fictitious companies’ names and make payments to individuals for reasons that were not accurate as described. This is exactly what we said would happen in a case like this, which is that our investigators and the US attorneys and the agents working the case will ... keep on working it even after the initial indictment,” per CNN.

Beirich was charged in a superseding indictment with fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to submit false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to conceal money laundering. The SPLC was indicted on similar charges earlier in 2026.

Beirich, who was the director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project between 2012 and 2019, is accused of funneling over $1 million to a “field source” that was part of the neo-Nazi group National Alliance. Beirich is identified as only “Employee-2” in the superseding indictment that revealed the payments in June. The superseding indictment alleged that around $140,000 was deposited into a joint bank account owned the field source and Employee-2, who owned a house together. The employee is alleged to have "then used donors’ money to pay the couple’s personal living expenses."
The indictment alleged that F-9 broke into the organization’s headquarters and stole "approximately 25 boxes of documents." The contents of those documents were allegedly the basis of an article Beirich wrote in 2015 for the SPLC’s Hatewatch section of its website titled "Chaos at the Compound." The indictment also alleged that the SPLC paid a second informant around $6,000 to take responsibility for the burglary and cover it who their informant was.

Don’t let the corrupt leadership of the SPLC use this woman as a scapegoat. Find out what she knows and, if it’s worth it, offer her immunity to testify against every other criminal at the SPLC.

“Donald Trump doesn’t care about hate crimes— we don’t take the white supremacy threat as seriously because it requires us looking at our own culture— the difference between a radical Islamist attack and a white supremacist attack is because white supremacy is an indigenous ideology…”

Not only was she just arrested for secretly funding white supremacy Nazi groups, she was also living with and had a romantic relationship with one of them.

She was just arrested for secretly funding white supremest Nazi groups like the KKK.

You can’t make this **** up. ?

Quote:OMG This is just too damn good…

Heidi Beirich, CFO SPLC who was just arrested for secretly funding White Supremacy Nazi Groups complained a few years ago how fast these Nazi groups were exploding under Donald Trump

It was HER!!!! She did it!!!?

The absolute irony is when they images from the Charlottesville rally on the screen— the same exact “Unite the Right” group the SPLC funded to promote racism.

More popcorn please ?

Quote:Kash Patel:

“Money doesn’t lie baby… The charity that supposedly fought the KKK actually funded the KKK. The charity that supposedly fought Neo-Nazis actually funded Neo-Nazis.

The Southern Poverty Law Center ran a methodical, calculated scheme to defraud their donor base for millions and used an illicit banking structure system to sow discord and hate into our society.”

Racism doesn’t exist how they want it to anymore, so they have to financially fabricate it.

Racism is so rare in the U.S. that the Southern Poverty Law Center had to pay white people to pretend to be racist.

All you have to do is look at who’s behind these organizations and you’d know it’s exactly the same tactics they’ve been using to manipulate people for centuries.

And it keeps working because 1. They are the masters at doing it. 2. People aren’t getting any smarter.
