Maybe you will care when an illegal gets around to murdering a young female in your family. It's a pretty damn big story when this happens in Iowa. This isn't Cali, Texas, NM, Arizona, it's middle-America Iowa.

Seems to me that if an investigation was started based on false information that ANYTHING garnered from it would be off the "poison tree" so to speak.

LOL. I lived overseas for some of the George W Bush administration. My cable only got CNN International and Fox News. But CNN International really doesn't show much American content (Its rather useless with shows about Sailing and Fashion). If I was watching Fox News and they weren't talking about Bush, I knew to get on the internet because that usually meant something big was happening and I needed to jump on the net to see what they were trying to downplay.

Not how investigations work. Other crimes get uncovered during one, you don't get a pass on them because that's not what you were investigating. Those crime STILL are subject to prosecution. Really don't know why this silly argument keeps being made. A Trump hooker murder gets uncovered, no one is gonna argue "what's that got to do with collusion". Well, no one but the TDS Trumpers.

We are headed for a constitutional crisis, probable impeachment, and possible conviction of a sitting President and yesterday's events were huge. I realize for the Fox crowd it might be a nothingburger, but for the rest of the country that lives outside of the bubble, this is the biggest Presidential story/scandel since Watergate.
