From what I have read both agents were beaten badly, head trauma, broken bones etc. Very likely the 1 agent has memory issues.

There was a show locally that came out. I've tried to find a link for it but they haven't posted it yet.

However, the guy they were interviewing was a guy that just finished doing a documentary movie about the Border Patrol and their history of cover ups.

I think his name is Chriss Mimm.

He just came out with a documentary about the Border Patrol called "Bullets across the Border".
