The bay area got a 7 ft storm surge from Helene. I hope the double whammy doesn't catch them flat footed.
Tampa General H put out a video of their storm surge protection last week, the hospital should have been underwater but they kept dry and powered the whole way through.
Hurricanes going right up the bay are tough to deal with though
