South Africa Falling? - CrimsonPhantom - 02-14-2023 02:55 PM South Africa’s energy crisis poses ‘existential threat’ to its economy Crisis presents unique opportunity for South Africa to transition to clean energy Dead Chicks and Rotting Meat: South Africa Declares ‘Disaster’ Over Power Cuts South Africa invokes disaster law to tackle energy crisis South Africa’s energy crisis deepens as blackouts hit 12 hours a day How South Africa’s Energy Crisis Became an Economic Crisis South Africa’s Energy Crisis Could Spark A Political And Economic Disaster Thousands Protest South Africa's Energy Crisis South Africa is in the midst of crisis. So why did its government want to spend a reported $58 million on sponsoring a UK soccer club? RE: South Africa Falling? - Eagleaidaholic - 02-14-2023 05:42 PM Wonder what the over/under was years before the country would crash post apartheid? RE: South Africa Falling? - Owl 69/70/75 - 02-14-2023 07:08 PM The death of Nelson Mandela was a very harmful occurrence. As long as Madiba was alive, the radicals were not going to go crazy. Now that he is gone they take that as carte blanche to pursue their anti-white policies to the max. They almost pulled it off, but now that the racist nutcases are in charge, it’s going to be rough. RE: South Africa Falling? - bullet - 02-14-2023 07:58 PM Capetown province was talking about having people die of thirst a couple years back. Water crisis. Government had ignored problems because Capetown was dominated by the other party and had a lot of Indians, Coloreds and Whites. Few from the tribes of the government coalition. RE: South Africa Falling? - Fo Shizzle - 02-14-2023 08:02 PM I do not have to give examples of African countries under African control being corrupt, inept, disaster zones. The examples are the norm..not the exception. RE: South Africa Falling? - stinkfist - 02-14-2023 08:03 PM y'all act like this is limited to SA... y'all ain' seen shite, yet! Congo in the 60's, Rhodesia in the 70's and now South Africa. Third verse of the same song. A song with no harmony and only pain. Tutu is gone as well. Mandela and Tutu together held it in check. RE: South Africa Falling? - ODUsmitty - 02-16-2023 12:30 AM Rhodesia, but even worse. Funny how, even at the peak of apartheid, more people were trying to get in South Africa for economic reasons than choosing to leave for ANY reason. Rhodesia now Zimbabwe is a literal hell hole. What once was a producing nation of goods that offered living wages is now a crime ridden starvation destination. The problem with racism at any level is that once the whites were removed from the tribes then turned their racist ways on differing tribes because of a certain look or feature they didn't like. Wholesale slaughter and corruption and little value for human life is the norm in everyday in Zimbabwe. Anyone who has means will flee this place and it will turn into a quagmire much like its predecessor to the north. The term cutting off your nose to spite your face definitely applies here. Another great example of this that crap hole called Haiti. But only so much pathetic plights need to be discussed at one time. RE: South Africa Falling? - olliebaba - 02-16-2023 02:07 PM All those countries are majority Black, are you trying to tell us something? ![]() Isn't that the same thing in our country who are led by Blacks? Chicago, Baltimore, New York, etc, and etc. RE: South Africa Falling? - b2b - 02-16-2023 02:10 PM (02-16-2023 02:07 PM)olliebaba Wrote: All those countries are majority Black, are you trying to tell us something?
RE: South Africa Falling? - andybible1995 - 02-16-2023 02:22 PM Africa is a failed continent. Nothing good has come from it in recent history. Leave it alone and let it rot. Leave it alone and let it rot. China needs South Africa and Taiwan to corner the market on high grade computer chips. Those are the only sources outside of the former Soviet Union where the materials are easily obtained in high grades. Yes, revolt and riots are normal over there, but there is intentionality behind these.
