Derrick Jackson “unofficially “ gone - HuskieDave - 01-17-2023 05:04 PM https://twitter.com/burziyech/status/1615433594129858561?s=61&t=w7Ri04tE1dkwzQSCp-uuwg One more time…….Jeff Knowles. RE: Derrick Jackson “unofficially “ gone - pvk75 - 01-17-2023 05:22 PM I am not a coach quality analyst by any means, nor am I boosting anyone. But for a couple 2022 games in/around mid-season, the commentators noted how the defense perked up and Nick Benedetto was credited by name for the defensive scheme. Since we are not inside the office, so to speak, I wonder is adding Benedetto as a replacement for a departed asst. coach last spring was part of an eventual plan for this. Then again, the impending departure frees up some budget. There's a lot we don't know about the internal mechanics. I guess we'll know for sure by spring start. Love to see Knowles return too. Regardless, I wish Coach Jackson well if this is the case. Didn’t Jackson coach the corners too?
