I think that he will leave but off his own choice he wins the macc he will not be fired of course this is only my opinion.

His reputation is as an OC. His line performance isn't adding to his resume. It's a peter principal thing isn't it? He may be a great HC for some schools. Been a serious under-performer at this level. He may be a great OC at this level but not at the next.

If time put in is a measure of worth, HCs certainly do that. But it has to be results on paper. The paid mouth pieces will get on here talking about injured QBs, cold weather... But again we see he was by far out-coached in the scripted part of the game, by a team with a few seasons of losing record. Coach Candle's talent recruited and development brought them back but his lack of discipline cost. Pros. Cons.

If he only could look into the future now ? I personally think he will be back next football season no matter what happens the rest of the way.
