Right now its Williams, Coit and Nutter and if 2 of the 3 struggle, it's ugly. We're getting nothing from anyone else and we really have no inside presence until Niederhäuser gets healthy and acclimated to the level of play (which could easily take a year).
Williams and Coit each played 37 minutes. Nutter played 33.

They're good without him. If they don't win the MAC, it'll either be because of injuries or a colossal failure.

Was at game - score makes this one seem worse than it was, our offense was horrible but we were in game until about ten minute mark in second half. Outside of Williams there isn’t consistent offense, was impressed with Nutter. Crump was awful, Coit had taller guys on him all game and couldn’t do anything. Amos looked lost in the first half but thought he found something in the 2nd half, scored 5 straight points to cut lead to five before NW pulled away. If the Swiss big man doesn’t get healthy and contribute right away, there is nothing this team can do without any sort of D1 caliber post players.

I was just joking when saying we need to go to the Mckendree game because if will be NIU's only win of the season! And then we needed to come from behind in the 2nd half to squeek by McKendree! The loss to UIS was stunning (to say the least). Hoping some MAC teams are worse than div 2 is not a good winning strategy!
Maybe keep Rockford U. and/or Judsen U. on the schedule!
