Huskies Fan Advisory Board - niu1980 - 09-02-2022 11:20 AM
Now that we have a home football game under our belt and most of you attended or watched the game maybe you would be interested in applying for the Huskies Fan Advisory Board. After a two year hiatus we are looking to quickly get back to work.
PM me so we can discuss your interest and what some of the expectations are.
We need a student representative and a letter winner representative along with other friends of athletics. We will also consider the out of area perspective.

Because I'm bored at work today and thinking about this, here is one legit gripe about athletics.
This post is from last Sept, and not to pat myself on the back but I was told I was accepted to the advisory board....
Yet, here it is, March, no meetings, no further info.

When the Board was first announced several years ago and applicants were solicited, I applied for membership. Apparently, I wasn’t accepted, but I never received any acknowledgment, rejection letter, or a thanks for applying. They must not have wanted the demographic I represent, or my donations were not quite high enough.

I didn't get anything. So I assume I didn't meet the squad.
What can I do to improve my chances next go around?
