Depending on how that Big12 meeting goes, I could certainly see SMU heading to the PAC. But the BIG10???? I need to see a link to a credible source. SMU isn't cutting in line ahead of Stanford.

Before any of you laugh this off… Consider that the Big Ten now has the four largest media markets in America. New York, Chicago, Los Angeles & Philly. Dallas is number five.

There's someone in the neighborhood called Penn State or something like that. The closest team to Dallas is in Lincoln, Nebraska I think.

The b10 did that so they could tack on carriage fees to every subscriber in the dma. A buck or two to unsuspecting subscribers in the nyc/ New Jersey area. That helped jump start cord cutting. It’s not really a thing anymore.

Yes, but the BIG10 could just poach TCU away from the Big12 if they wanted the DFW market. SMU ain't going to the BIG10. The PAC looks like a very possible landing spot if that conference loses their mountain time zone schools to the Big12.
