Southern Miss @ LaTech - Tech is way more talented than they've been playing. If they had quit on their caches we'd have a chance, but it looks like they haven't.
FAU @ Western Kentucky - WKU has been pretty consistent to improving all season, whereas FAU is "like a box of chocolates". The Owls could win, but it'll be the Hilltoppers
Marshall @ Charlotte - Charlotte missed a golden opportunity to beat a reeling LaTech last week and didn't take advantage. I can't seem them managing it against a strong Herd, even f they also lost.
UAB @ #22 UTSA - UAB beat one of the East's best last week and UTSA had a scare against a bad USM. The Blazers could definitely pull this off, but I can't pick against the undefeated Roadrunners at this stage.
Old Dominion @ MTSU - both teams are in dire straights, as ODU ensures a losing season if they on't pull off the road win and MTSU has to extend Stockstill's contract if they win. I think the worst happens to both and the Blue Raiders are victorious (ish).
Rice @ UTEP - UTEP rushed to 6 wins, then hasn't won since. Rice's hope of a bowl were dashed last week. Can the Miners remember how to win? Will the Owls fire their coach? When all else is equal, go with the team with something to play for. UTEP in a close one and I hope that returns their confidence to them.
North Texas @ FIU - UNT is playing their best ball and FIU doesn't know what that is. The Mean Green continue their winning streak and get their hopes of a bowl dashed next week instead.
