ESPN predictor had JMU with 36% odds of a W before the game.
This team has guts and mojo, and I think is going to turn a lot of heads this season.

We have to acknowledge JMU had great halftime defense. I never heard an explanation of the point subtraction. Halftime it was 48-40. As the second half starts it becomes 47-40. Does anyone know what happened?
Of course their big that was killing us fouled out twice in the same game and so did Amadi. Maybe the official scorer spent his pregame on the Bourbon Trail and couldn’t count.
Johnny Carson would describe this game as weird, wild stuff.

The grit of this team is admirable. The sloppy turnovers and poor shot selection are two areas where they can improve greatly. This game looked like one in which they weren’t going to get over the hump. Kudos to the guys for continuing to grind.

I believe a 2 was marked as a 3 by the scorers table but yeah who knows.
