If there is a hung jury, the worst possible outcome for Rittenhouse is a second trial. But even if there is a second trial, his attorneys would have the non-fuzzy video, which was withheld from them in the first trial, and they would be able to subpoena the Drop Kick Guy, whom the prosecutors pretended had not been identified in the first trial.

He has received a ton of money despite that sham lawyer ripping the family off. Anytime a conservative gets in legal trouble and people start throwing money at them to help him John Pierce swoops in to "save" the day.

You have to sift through the left wing propaganda about Kyle, but the Rittenhouse family has laid some pretty heavy allegations against Pierce who is currently representing 14 of the 1/4 protestors.
Long story short he charges outrageous fees to he and Lin Wood's #fightback foundation which collects donations for conservative legal causes. Even Lin Wood has thrown this guy under the bus
