USM vs UNT game thread - 12thmonarch - 11-06-2021 02:35 PM

I personally moved over to the SunBelt board pretty early even though ODU's board is still tied to CUSA and ODU is still playing in the CUSA. You know what that means more game day threads. With that said.

I got a question for FunBelt brethren, Did the notorious mug from UNT made its wasy into the world when they were with y'all or was it once they moved to CUSA?

Not sure why USM is not using their passing game a lot more because that is definitely working than ending up with 1 or 2 yard short runs more frequently.

We have given up several scoop and scores. We're trying to avoid that.

Okay makes sense because i remember seeing it a year or two after we joined CUSA. Its weird that no one from their Marketing or public relations saw what appears to be an obvious snafu.

Our QB can't make many throws. He's already missed a couple of easy ones. We are a lot more limited in the passing game than you would think from this game so far.

Yeah i haven't watched USM before today so kinda new to your QB situation but yeah i can see your concerns with the passing game being the reason for relying on run game. UNT is chewing the clock this drive.

This is our 5th string QB. He can’t throw very well. Or at all. He was a backup for his whole HS career and walked on here with a goal of being a coach. Four injuries later, he’s the man.
