I don’t know who’s idea it was, but I thought it was extremely corny to have a team photo shoot happening on the sideline in the 1st dam quarter. At least wait till till 4 th quarter when you’ve secured the victory. It just made the team look unfocused. May have cost them the momentum in the game. Just my observation. Get rid of that Instagram mentality. Please.

Pretty sure it was just offensive players doing it and they had reason to celebrate. They scored 47 points.

Meanwhile, the defense had nothing to celebrate and no forced turnovers. So I doubt they were posing and taking pictures.

We'll be sure to pass a note along that the kids should stay off your lawn, too.

Tell me you are really old without actually telling me you are really old.

He’s talking about really early in the game. It surprised me too but I don’t know the circumstances. There was a backdrop up so perhaps they were directed to do this. Don’t think that’s what cost them the game but I’d rather see the team focused on what’s going on in-game. I have no issue with the celebration though and they can do both. Kids got to have fun.

They were celebrating like they had won the game in the 1st Quarter. I have a problem with that. No a fan of a photo op while our defense was getting gashed. I’ll be the old grouch.

I wonder if they were taking pictures after the game to remember their trip to Kent?

They do that in the NFL so I'm not that surprised that they did it, but I thought it was out of place. It doesn't seem like the kind of thing that Hammock would tolerate, and for all we know he might have addressed it with them already.

Like the "85 Bears recording the Super Bowl Shuffle during the regular season, awesome if you keep winning, egg on your face if you drop the ball (as we did in Kent).

How dare they!? They need to lose their scholarships and Hammock needs to be FIRED. ASAP OR SOONER.

I just thought it was strange that posing for the pictures was going on while Tyrice Ritchie was being carried into the tent.

The timing was just terrible, but you know I’m “old man pee” screaming from the window at the kids.07-coffee3

I noticed the posing right away..Why do it during a game? It could just piss off the opponents….
Offense should have been focused on getting our run game going
Yes I’m old and have seen a lot of football That was the first time I ever saw posing for photos during a game.
Fire away kids at us old farts

RE: Sideline Celebrating - HawaiiToNIU - 11-05-2021 11:21 PM

Everyone does it nowdays. The NFL has a selfie cam.
