VP of Athletics Reisman signs 2 yr contract extension - TexanFan - 10-13-2021 07:07 PM

Am I the only one a little disappointed with this announcement?

I love and respect Coach Reisman. Tarleton is where we are because of him and all he has done for our beloved university. The football stadium is named after him and the new basketball court in the new arena will be as well.

However, I think in order to move the athletic department to the next level, we need some new ideas, promotions and some new coaches. I was really hoping we would have a new AD by the start of Fall 2022 so all programs could be evaluated and ready to go when we come out of the four year probation period.

He'll be gone when the transition period ends.
