He’s correct here. Georgia State would not draw any better for the AAC than they do now. Unless the AAC gets a crazy TV deal, there’s little benefit

He's been pretty spot on lately (he was the first to break Belmont to OVC, Austin Peay to Atlantic Sun; he was also among the first to report CSU and AF to AAC) which the national pundits are now reporting on today.
