I'm skeptical of the stuttering thing considering nobody seemed to mention it until his speech became so tortured.
Also even if true, the fact that impediments tend to come back when the brain slows down isn't exactly a positive.

I wouldn't say that Biden was too "Centrist" for me since I actually have a lot of conservative views.
I will say however that he is too old for the job and was hoping for someone much younger.
