Well deserved honor for Blake Shrader. He's a great young coach. It could have just as easily been Jay Simpson. Both have bright futures.

I do believe we have a very good DB coach, but that’s not a list by anybody reputable. That guy makes lists all the time & just seems to be throwing darts at a dartboard half the time.

I think that you can apply that standard to just about every “list” even those published by “reputable” sources.

Is that the boomer sooner list? That guy is a troll not reputable. Our DB coach is def top 50 but you cant quote that twitter account cause the dude isnt serious. Although when he listed best pizza joints in college towns and named chuckie cheese as the best in t-town i had a chuckle at all the mad bammers

I agree that this guy is a fool. It's still nice to see Shrader getting some deserved recognition.

I will tell you who is turning into a good young coach: Colin Lisa. I see videos of him working out Mitchell and Watkins. He knows his stuff. And I think it says a lot about him that those two come back to Bham to work with him considering what they have riding on this fall camp. I will always have great respect for Colin because of his path from 2014 to now.
