USFL 2022 - TexasTerror - 06-03-2021 04:43 PM

A whole lot of nothing minus the FOX situation.

When does the XFL return? These broadcasters are loving the spring football; just need one of these leagues to stick!

I hope a spring league actually plays in the spring. February is not spring. You don't need to play a week or two after the Superbowl.

Brian Woods is the liability in all of this. While the percentage of ownership FOX is unknown, Woods' near decade long inability to sell tickets for any season of football he's run is the issue to me. His The Spring League is essentially pay to play and his FXFL was him attempting to have off-season minor league baseball staffs handle the day to day operations and marketing, when they're bareboned since interns were back at college. How much and how long FOX is willing to subsidize this is the length it will last.

I wonder what starting pay will be, but I know that it will be glaringly low when compared to the coaching staffs and executive level.
