Congrats to usf for winning the “big one” for cheer. The finals were:
1 usf
2 UCF
3 Kentucky
Kentucky is a dynasty and while they haven’t won every one lately they still are the favorite every year and commit a ton of resources for doing so.
Great job for the AAC and especially the bulls. I say we throw some war on i4 points your way.

I am glad they won. All these kids regardless of sport or competition work very hard and represent our schools. So winning a National Championship in any of them is an accomplishment.

Absolutely - they’ll be able to come back and point to a banner, probably take the floor 10, 20 years out etc. cheerleaders are the last people to need help with engagement, but that group is now attached to their school in a very unique way

Other than Cricket a few years back (seriously), I don't know of any other USF Nat Championships. Not something I'd buy a T shirt over... but they work hard and I respect that... def an accomplishment.
Also nice to see some classy comments on the board for USF... much appreciated y'all. I root for EVERY AAC team in ooc games. Gotta stick together cause it's us against the other 9 FBS conferences.

Actually USF did win a National Championship in Women’s Swimming back in 1985 in Division 2 then we disbanded the team
The Men’s Swimming team was National Runner Up in 1971 also Division 2
Also National Runner Up in Rifle in 1989 finished behind West Virginia

USF also won a National Championship in Womens Deep Water Sailing and will be representing America in the Americas Cup.
