Man I hope you are wrong.
Cisse is no where near ready for the NBA. He lacks upper body strength and his foul shooting is the worst I have ever seen at Memphis. If he wants to transfer he better work on that or he will be riding the bench in the second half like he does here. I think if Cisse stay it would help him and Sam both to practice against each other. That will make them both better players. I'm sure Penny is telling him that.
