Graduated from Cincinnati in 2001. Been at Wright State since 2010, as an assistant and head coach. Took Wright State to two NCAA Tournaments, and knocked off 4th seeded Arkansas this year.
Sounds like a great hire. Just give her some resources and let her work.

This looks like a really nice hire. I mean, other than being a Cincinnati grad, she seems to have an excellent resume. No reason WBB can't be top notch at Memphis. Baseball and WBB have been underperformers since my days as an undergrad 20 years ago. I wish we could turn those programs around.

Haven’t been in the field house in over a year but it is time to demolish the stage and convert that area to more bleachers, update all the bleachers, concessions and bathrooms and turn the field house into an asset, for both basketball and volleyball.
That would be a nice selling point for the new coach and it is long overdue

If Coach Merriweather can brings some success, you'd have to expand the fieldhouse, and, possibly set up a media booth for national TV. Hopefully, she can be successful, and, love it here so much that she stays for a long time.
