We are in a no win situation. If we win it will be spun that "UC won because UGA players opted out", if we lose it will be "UC lost even though UGA played short handed"

I agree. We'll need to win comfortably to get any credit from the media, which is a tall task. I have a really good feeling we will pull it off though. Bearcats 38, Georgia 24.

It is a tall order to beat UGA...whether they are shorthanded or not.
If UC should win we will hear that UGA wasn't at full strength. So what.
Long term people will forget the circumstances and UC would finally have a NY6 bowl win, huge trophy and prove they belong in the P5.
Wish I was there in person. Had to work yesterday which made going too difficult.
To make do we will enjoy Adriaticos deep dish, listen to Dan and Jim on the radio and watch and cheer.
Just win baby.

I am ensconced in the lucky back room, ignoring the larger television and our guests in the front.
Have on the same shirt I wore for all the other games. Have not worn it for basketball games so as not to ruin the good football juju.
I have a new pair of red tennis shoes that I wore with my suit to Christmas Eve service and to a wedding. There are safely tucked away in the closest since they have not yet been tested during a football game.
