With all that salt I can tell you're not fresh water pirate.

Do we drop out of the top 25?

RE: ***Official AAC Football Championship Game Thread*** - rath v2.0 - 12-20-2020 12:11 AM

Someone want to send a CPaw logo to Panic to use as his signature for the next few months?

Thanks.

Another great for TV AAC game! Congrats Cindy!

I hope not.

Given that it was a 3-point margin of victory in the CCG, I suspect you'll hold at around 20 in the human polls and maybe 23 in the CFP.

Definitely a great game.

Tulsa played a heck of a game. Two solid teams put on one great show. Congrats to the Bearcats. Now go win the access bowl!!!

You shouldn't, but knowing the CFP committee... probably. I won't be shocked to see Cincinnati drop a spot as well.

If the CFP cabal would exclude 25-0 UCF, UC doesn't have a chance. It's just about the money anyway. And, with that in mind...

my projection: Alabama, Clemson, O$U and ND

Three games of "who cares".

You shouldn’t. You lost to a top 10 team on the road by a field goal. If this were the SEC or BIG, you’d move up at least 5 spots.

I’ll be shocked if Tulsa isn’t dropped. When an SEC team loses to an unranked team at home, they fall one spot. If two of our ranked teams play, the loser is unranked by Sunday.

Well, y'all... Goodnight.

To the Tulsa posters: Again, great game. We'll see where things shake out for Tulsa in the polls and in the Bowl department tomorrow, but damn...great game!

G'night!

I think you're probably right, but if A&M gets left out for Notre Dame and Ohio State could be the catlyst for playoff expansion.

Great game by both teams. Congrats Bearcats. I am still not sure what Invisible Hand is referring to about cheating. It probably doesn't matter.

Why? The SEC got a team in. I would think Texas A&M making it over OSU wouldve been FAR worse, but now that's not a possibility.

Hell of a game Tulsa. I have to confess I didn't expect it to be close at all. Man was I wrong. Hope you end up in a decent bowl and curb stomp a P5 team.

Also, not sure how it looked on t.v. but the weather was awful.

RE: ***Official AAC Football Championship Game Thread*** - Hurricane Drummer - 12-20-2020 12:45 AM

If anything I hope Aresco wet his pants when we tied it late in the game.

Because its stupid that a team with a Top10 win, who lost to who will be the national champion in week 2 is missing out behind a team who has played six games against mediocre teams, and a team who just got curb stomped by their only quality win. Even the averagest of fan sees that, and ESPN talking heads are picking it up as well which signals what ESPN $$$ wants.

I think the AAC Championship win will push Cincy all the way up to #8.
