The process isnt dependent on the SC at this point. The state legislatures will be involved first.

If the US Scotus agree to hear the complaint and then rule to allow the late returned ballots to be counted... they set precedence for State BOEs, State Scotus, State SOS and Governors to usurp the authority granted to only State Legislative bodies by the US Constitution.

Not in regard to rioting, looting, property damage and outright criminal behavior by conservatives. That simply will not happen. We can't see what damage Biden's reign might bring the country at this point...but...We damn sure can see the damage coming if this election is overturned. It is clear as the nose on our faces...Riots and civil unrest like we have never seen will occur. The unhinged progressives will not stand for it and have no problem burning the country down in the process. They hate the valued tenets of this nation and want to install their flawed ideologies...at any cost.
