No mail-in votes have been reported in the AK totals. If that is true (there's been no official confirmation or denial reported), Nate Silver has Alaska as a long shot for Dems throughout the ticket, but still too early to call if all the mail-ins are unreported. FWIW, Silver has also had AZ as too early to call throughout, despite Fox and others calling it for Biden.

Same day registration...

Come on...That is a simple explanation.

The number of same day registrants would have to equal 900,000.

" True, Wisconsin has same day voter registration. But to be at 71%, WI would have yesterday needed 900k same-day registrations. ( If I'm doing my math wrong--please tell me. 3,288,771 divided by 4,588,771 equals 71% . 4,588,771 minus 3,684,726 =900k) "

" Is that possible/conceivable? That would be akin to increasing WI's registered voting population by up to 30%--in one day. It would also suggest that if those same-day registrations hadn't happened, WI would have had a ridiculously LOW turnout.
"

Wisconsin has ~6 Million Eligible people with only 63% of eligible registered...

Michigan had 80% of eligible registered.

900k would bring Wisconsin to 76%...But I am more in line with very high voter turnout...Since it is so simple to mail in ballots.

And that would also explain the horrible job the pollsters did as well since day of voters tended to be greatly in favor of Trump. They only poll registered voters.

Also worth NOTING, at Noon there were less than 50k ballots uncounted in GA, at 6:00 still had 37,000 left uncounted, are the ballots being counted by first graders?

Dont insult 1st graders. We know what's happening. If Trump has this election stolen, Biden will be President Biden*.

Next dump of votes from Maricopa says Trump is going to win AZ by a larger margin than anticipated.

I don’t get this for AZ or NC or GA!? When has it ever take. This long to count their votes? This is insane.

Are they bringing ballots in by dogsled?

It almost always takes this long, but it's not usually this close. Abnormally high numbers of not-in-person votes increases the time it takes to count those votes. When there's enough in-person votes that the mail-in votes can't change the result, it means they can call the state on election night, even if the numbers aren't final. That wasn't the case this year.

The NC board of Elections in a 3-2 partisan decision changed the rules about 3 weeks ago even though that's the state legislatures job. Roberts let them and did not issue a stay.

Thus now we have to wait till the 12th in case the ballot fairy turns in more absentee ballots

GA will keep producing votes until Biden has about a 5k lead.

1/2 of this country has been ass raped and doesn’t get it.

NC has 116k potential vote by mail ballots that have not been received, the NC board of elections said they will not update the count again until the 11/12 deadline.

Yes, I just posted BOE will not revise counts until 11/12 deadline.

This is my issue also with this. There has been mail in balloting done in several states for many years. Despite the claims...there HAVE been numerous problems...especially in the beginning. It should not be a surprise that with ZERO experience in states in which this is new...were going to problems that caused the public to question the process. My question from election night still stands. How in the hell did Florida..the state with the most historical problems..get it right without a glitch? Amazing IMO.

If that’s the case, NC is toast too.

We all heard the LIBERAL MSM say, Trump will roll up large margins on election night but the late arriving vote by mail ballots would erase that and eventually lead to Biden victory. That should have been a major warning that massive fraud was in place for this to happen.

Yep. I hope Trump fights this all the way. Scorched earth. He will still be President and can declassify everything.

Florida handled it on election night. They actually had the forethought to start counting the mail in ballots when the polls opened and were staffed adequately to handle the task. There is NO reason this election was not over within at least 12 hours after the last poll closed even with the turnout. Its an embarrassment to our process and it has made the system look flawed and appear in some cases to be corrupt..even if it that is unfounded. It has given those that have distrusted our system for decades fuel for further distrust and an easy platform now to spread that distrust via social media. It will take a monumental effort going forward to convince these people that their vote counts.

Laws were in place in some states that Mail ins couldn't even be taken out of envelopes until election day.

As you state many other states were much better prepared and equipped to allow this to happen smoothly.

But to be fair...Florida only seems to be reporting 96% (GA is 99)...If it were closer you would be saying the same thing about them as well.

NY and Cali are in the 80s and 70s.

The established rules for when mail-in ballots can be counted varies widely from state to state. Some of the states couldn't start until polls closed, some started that morning, I think (?) some states didn't start until the day after. It also depends on the number of mail-in ballots and the staffing that is on-hand and other procedures. PA most of the time does not have its final count in until at least a week later, and that's with way fewer to count. They're actually moving really fast relative to prior elections.

IF GOP does hold the senate McConnell needs to have the guts to HOLD UP every Biden cabinet post just like Schumer did. Never let Biden get his entire cabinet in place so implementing the socialist agenda becomes difficult.
