Hurricane expected to make landfall on the Louisiana gulf-coast Friday night. Tulane at Houston on Thursday night. Does Tulane end up having to cancel on Houston as well (6 cancellations for Houston)?

It's actually very fortunate it's scheduled for Thursday. It will get in before the storm. If it was Saturday we would be more concerned.

This is currently predicted to be a major hurricane at landfall. If that's the case, Tulane (and the rest of NOLA) would be safer in Houston (the clean side of the storm).
Not something I'm worried about as far as Houston or football.

Agreed, but we've seen games in recent years where they've actually had teams in the path of the major hurricane stay home (to be with family), instead of playing their road game half a country away. I remember seeing this happen with USF not playing a game somewhere up in the midwest because of this (Irma I think it was). Miami wouldn't play in Arkansas because of a hurricane impacting Miami.

Miami backed out on Arkansas State because they were being P5 douches. It is normal for teams to flee the storms path to play. As a Tulane fan I have seen it many times.
