Thanks for posting. I completed the survey and contributed my 2 cents. I was on campus last week visiting my son and was only able to hit the Bookstore on Bancroft. The gear in there looked like it was left over from when I went to UT. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything. I tried to hit up Rocky's Locker at Savage, but it was closed...said it closed at 4pm...I got there at 4:05...not sure if it has reopened or not, but the lights were out and looked like it had closed well before 4. The school was a ghost town...feel bad for those living on campus and experiencing their 1st year at UT. No energy there at all.
I'd really like to see UT put more of an emphasis on the Rocket logo and work to build a brand around it. USF did this a few years back with their "U" logo that looks like bull horns. I was skeptical at 1st, but they've done a nice job with it...they don't need to throw University of South Florida all over the item. Hope we get there some day.
