I've seen enough of the MSU culture at CMU to last a lifetime. We closed that long chapter years ago.

How does a guy with a degree in Criminal Justice, even get considered for such a position? Oh, wait, we know the real reason, and it sucks that this is in play! That's why these panels are a sham! People see right through this bullshyt.

Amy Folan is the choice. I was told after she interviewed last Monday that she was very impressive. Still, I thought Derek would be the choice.
