With the game on ESPN now I hope we get most of those players back and correct at least some of the mistakes. Snaps, blocking, etc...

I dont think there's much difference between yesterday's game and last years UNCC game. Mistakes and sluggishness. Last year turned out fine.
Both TO in the redzones plus the fourth down penalties kept the game from being a blowout.

If its one thing I've learned from watching troy is to expect the unexpected. Troy should be the better team and should win big. But with it being a renewed rivalry of the ''Battle of the Palladium'' anything can happen.

You never can tell this season with Covid. I’m going to guess every team will have some players out each week and won’t know until gameday who they are. Will be heard to make predictions this year.

The Arkansas State Championship is going to be played this weekend. Winner gets the title of #1 team in the state due to lack of other competition.

Remember... we're breaking in a sophomore QB who is only 21-34 passing for 134 yards and zero TD's for his career. This is the most inexperienced QB we've started in a while.

While I appreciate the 35 point prediction I know that UCA is a very good FCS team that came up here and beat us the last time we played. I'm hoping the coaches and a few of the players remember that and we take care of business this time.

yeah i think it'll be a good,close game.
I will say our D played pretty well, particularly SJC. Harbison had some good carries, and they found their TE for a couple of nice pickups, but otherwise we shut them down. Ten of their points came off 4th down penalties from App, and then the KO return. Ifs and buts being what they are, this could have very easily been a 45-3 type blowout.
O pretty much did what they wanted. Obviously ST has some things to fix. We all knew week 1 was going to be sloppy and the Apps lived up to it, good news is we got the W despite all the mistakes and i think we clean up a lot for week 2.
